Nº DL 67/2003 of April 8, with changes introduced by DL 84/2008, of May 21:

All products are covered by a 2-year compliance guarantee, with the exception of consumables, components and accessories, which will have the guarantee mentioned by their respective manufacturers.

To benefit from this guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice as proof of purchase.

Couricork, Lda. offers a guarantee in case the products have manufacturing defects.

Any defect or imperfection caused by: improper use, wear and tear caused by use, mishandling of the product, is not covered by this warranty.

If the purchased product is defective or defective:

You must communicate the same using the contact form located on our website, informing the number of your order and the description of the defect or malfunction. Upon receipt of the order, we will inform the customer of the procedures to be adopted, in case we prove any lack of conformity, the customer will be informed for correction.
As the case may be, Couricork, Lda. will repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, whose management costs will be free of charge for the customer.
Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by the supplier are also excluded from the warranty.

If the technical verification detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the item to malfunction (eg fall, cuts or scratches resulting from misuse, etc.) you will be contacted to let us know if you want to proceed with the repair the product, if possible, sending it to the brand's technical assistance.
